We were selling our long time home in Elko Nevada. We needed a stager to help decorate and give ideas to repair and brainstorm after renters left our home In disgraceful condition. I tried multiple options in Salt Lake City, not believing anyone could help us in our small town. After no luck with anyone wanting to travel, we found Iolanda in Elko! She is amazing and every bit as qualified as the big city competition. She decorated using some of our furniture and brought in some of her own. Results were great!

Initial Consultation is $200.00

  • This is where we walk through your home together and come up with a plan to get your home sold, I will create a vision for you so we can decide if we want to work with each other.

Walk, Talk & Design Consultation is $325.00

  • I will create a detailed list of projects and suggestions for you to stage your home yourself before you list your home. You must be willing to put in some work here,


Full Home Staging with your own furniture and items:

  • My team and I will come in and redecorate your spaces with existing furnishings and home decor $700.00 for 2 rooms and $100.00 for each additional space

Full home staging with rental furniture and decor:

Monthly furniture and decor rental for vacant homes includes staging and de-staging:

2 room minimum

  • 2 rooms $700.00 per month
  • 3 rooms $800.00 per month
  • 4 rooms $900.00 per month
  • 5 rooms $1000.00 per month
  • each additional room $100.00
  • One time delivery fee is $200.00

Contract terms apply:

  • 2 month minimum

After fulfilled contract terms, furniture rental goes to a month to month basis

Yes, we can stage your home with your belongings while you're still there.

Yes, this will be a verbal consultation which means we will walk through your home together and I will make a list of the things that need to be done to get your home ready to sell, this does take effort and elbow grease on your end.
