Everyone loves a great party....but not everyone can plan and execute a great party.

Whether it’s a graduation, a wedding, a new baby, a baptism luncheon, a birthday, an anniversary, or retirement party, a farewell party or just because life is grand and you want a reason to celebrate.

Parties give us a chance to connect with one another and visit with people we might not see as often as we would like. Planning Events can also be overwhelming, time consuming , and just plain stressful. I get it, I’ve been in your shoes.

Last summer my husband and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary.  Iolanda Gillins was my life-saver!  This was a four-day event with friends and family coming from out of town to join our Elko friends for our party.  Activities included backyard catering, dinners, lunches, bus tours, and the horse races. Iolanda helped make the reservations, arrange transportation, made the decorations and made sure everything ran smoothly, along with answering any questions and solving all problems that arose.  Once the weekend began I had nothing to do but enjoy my family and friends.

OPTIONS:

I also can provide small party accessories available to rent for your occasion, i.e. drink dispensers, decor, drink tubs, table cloths, banquet tables, centerpieces, the list goes on,and we can talk more about that when we visit about the needs for your party.

INVESTMENT:

Our discovery call is free.

Things such as invitations, themes, colors, food and beverages, and party rentals will all be a part of the planning process.

We will talk about that after you sign an agreement and pay a $500.00 deposit, to schedule your date which will be credited toward your final invoice.

I charge $100.00 an hour and the client pays for all receipts.

We do rent some small party supplies but only to our clients we have an event planning contract with.
